From Dream to Reality
Let me tell you, starting a woodworking business is no small feat. It’s like assembling a piece of IKEA furniture—only without the Allen wrench or the mysteriously missing screws.
Our journey began in a humble garage with a lot of sawdust, a little bit of coffee, and an alarming amount of "oops" moments. But through every splinter (so many splinters) and every triumph, we knew one thing for sure: we were on to something special.
Why MADSAW?
You might be wondering, "Why MADSAW?" Well, it's not just because we’re a little crazy about wood (though that’s definitely part of it). The name embodies our passion for creating MADly awesome pieces of art with a SAW. Clever, right? Check out the full story on the MADSAW name and how truly meaningful it is for us.
Our specialty is crafting one-of-a-kind pieces using hardwoods and epoxy resin. From stunning charcuterie boards that are sure to impress at your next wine and cheese night, to custom furniture that will make your friends say, "Where on earth did you get that?!"—we’ve got something for everyone.
The MADSAW Magic
Each piece we create is a labor of love, craftsmanship and sometimes a little bit of blood! Whether it’s a cutting board, a custom dining table, or a dazzling epoxy river table, we pour our heart and soul into every project, and sometimes blood…. well how else do you think we get those red toned stains and pigments!? LOL
And now, with the launch of our website, we’re excited to bring a touch of MADSAW magic (and Ian’s DNA) to homes everywhere. Just think of us as your friendly neighborhood wood whisperers.
